Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

CARFOX operates an independent vehicle history lookup and automated report delivery service. By accessing or purchasing from CARFOX, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Notice of Independence: CARFOX is an independent reporting service. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by CARFAX, Inc., nor do we represent or act on behalf of CARFAX or any motor vehicle department. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

2. Official Pricing & Payment

Prices are clearly indicated before checkout and computed by our server:

Single Report: $7.99 USD per vehicle
Bulk Tier (2–5 Reports): $5.59 USD per vehicle
Fire Promo (6+ Reports): $4.99 USD per vehicle

All transactions are handled through authorized payment providers. CARFOX servers never store, handle, or log raw credit card numbers or CVV codes.

3. Report Delivery & Formats

Reports are compiled and rendered as secure digital PDF documents. Once your payment is verified, the report is archived in private cloud storage and made accessible via your secure order portal and delivered to your provided email address.

4. Refund Policy Summary

We stand by our service. If our suppliers and database engines return no history records for a submitted valid VIN (RECORD_NOT_FOUND), you are eligible for a 100% full refund. Once a verified vehicle report has been successfully generated and delivered, it is non-refundable. For complete details, see our Refund Policy.

5. User Obligations

You agree to provide valid 17-character Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) and a functional email address. You may not use our service for fraudulent purposes or automated scraping.
